You

Every Friday at 2, read this week's answers in the Pulse sheet. Group the comments into themes with counts. Leave out names and anything that could identify a person. Make a short report in Docs and tell HR in Slack.

TulipFarm

I made an agent called Pulse reader and a Friday 14:00 schedule. It reads the Pulse sheet. Creating the report Doc and posting to Slack asks you first. It leaves out names. Activate it?

Questions, answered.

Is the survey anonymous?

That depends on how you collect it. The agent leaves names out of its report, but it can only read what your sheet holds. Design the form to be anonymous if you want that.

Does it send the survey?

This agent reads answers. Sending the form link can be a second workflow that posts it to Slack, and posting asks you first.

Can it judge people?

No. It groups comments by theme and counts them. It does not rate individuals.
