Your finance work, in one place with the rest of the company.
TulipFarm is an AI workspace where finance teams keep invoices, expenses, the month-end checklist and vendor records. Agents help with recurring work, and spend approvals wait for a person.
Public beta, open to everyone. Your first signup includes $50 in free credits.
No account needed. The tour runs in your browser and doesn't connect to your accounts.
Where finance meets the other teams.
Finance trades work with Sales, Operations, Marketing and HR. Each handoff stays in the same workspace, so the next team picks up the original record.
Coming in
SalestoFinance
Closed deals
Sales marks deals Closed won in a table it shares with you, with the amount and billing contact. You invoice from the row Sales wrote, without retyping it.

The finance work that comes back every month.
Records go in tables, invoices and reports in Files, and the recurring work to agents or workflows. Set a job up once in chat, and the next run and the next teammate start from there.
In these examples, Acorn is your team's finance agent.
Invoices and expenses
When: Ongoing
Keep invoices and expenses in one table, with vendor, amount, due date and status, and the files in Files beside it. Ask in chat what's due this week or what's still waiting for a receipt.
Month-end checklist
When: Monthly
Give each close a project for its files and chats, and keep the checklist in a table with owner and status. Schedule Acorn to run on the 1st of each month. It reads the checklist and lists what's still open in a private task for you.
Spend approvals
When: Each request
Set up a spend workflow in chat. When a request over your limit is added, Acorn summarizes it against the budget, the run waits for your review, then Slack gets only the message you approved.
Vendor records
When: Ongoing
Keep vendors in a table with contact, payment terms and renewal date, and contracts in Files. Save your vendor checklist as a skill and add it to Acorn. Acorn proposes fixes to incomplete rows, and you approve each exact change before it's saved.
Budget recap
When: Monthly
Import budget and actuals from your accounting tool's export into a table. Acorn drafts the recap in a private task, and chat can turn it into an Excel or PowerPoint file in Files.
TulipFarm doesn't connect to accounting software, banks or payment tools, and it doesn't pay bills or post entries. Your team still does that in the tools it uses today.
One spend request, start to finish.
An example: Ana, a finance lead, approves spend requests over $5,000. Here's how a request moves and where she stays in charge.
What the workflow and run statuses mean
Saved
Ana saved the workflow from chat. Nothing runs yet.
Activated
She turned it on. A new spend request can now start a run.
Run started
Operations added the shelving request, so a run began.
Completed
The run posted the approved note to #spend-approvals and finished. Payment still happens in your accounting or banking tools.
Set up a workflow: when a spend request over $5,000 is added, have Acorn check it against the budget table and draft a note for #spend-approvals. Check with me before anything goes to Slack.
- Trigger
Operations adds a $7,200 request for warehouse shelving to the Spend requests table.
Request added - Condition
Checks whether the amount is over $5,000. If it isn't, the run stops here.
Passed: $7,200 - Agent
Acorn reads the request and the Operations line in the budget table.
Read request and budget - Agent
Acorn drafts a summary with the vendor, amount and remaining budget, and a short note for #spend-approvals.
Summary and note ready - Review
The run pauses until Ana reviews the summary and responds.
Ana responded - Slack
Posts the note to #spend-approvals once Ana approves the exact message. Nothing is sent before that.
Approved, sent to #spend-approvals
Completed means the run finished its steps. Check the run history to see what each step did.
What stays after month-end.
When someone goes on leave or a new quarter starts, nobody has to rebuild the work from memory.
- Records
- Invoices, expenses, vendors and budgets stay in their tables.
- Context
- Invoice files, contracts and reports stay in Files. Each close's chats stay in its project.
- Decisions
- Workflow runs and approvals stay in run history, so you can see what was approved and what was sent.
- Procedures
- Skills, saved agents and workflows are ready for the next close, so a new teammate starts with the same steps.
Questions from finance teams
What is TulipFarm for finance teams?
TulipFarm is an AI workspace where a finance team keeps invoices, expenses, the month-end checklist, vendor records and budget recaps, with agents and workflows for the recurring parts. Sales, operations, marketing and HR work in the same workspace, so closed deals, vendor invoices and campaign spend don't have to be copied between apps. TulipFarm Cloud is in public beta and open to everyone.
Does TulipFarm connect to my accounting software or bank?
No. TulipFarm doesn't connect to accounting, banking, payment or expense tools. Your team adds the numbers by importing an export into a table or uploading a report to Files. Agents and workflows then work from what your team added.
Can TulipFarm approve spend or pay invoices on its own?
No. TulipFarm doesn't pay invoices or move money. An agent proposes changes to table records, and the person who owns the task approves the exact change before it's saved. A workflow can pause until a person responds, and a workflow step that sends a Slack message waits for approval of that exact message. Slack messages sent from chat or an agent task aren't held for approval, so check an agent's tools before you activate it.
Who can see our financial records in TulipFarm?
Only the people you share them with. Private chats and agent tasks are visible only to the person who owns them, and workspace admins can't see them either. Project members see their project's chats and files, and you can share tables and files with the people who need them.
Can I keep working in spreadsheets with TulipFarm?
Yes. Import a spreadsheet export into a table to share it with other teams, and ask chat to write an Excel file to Files or propose a Google Sheet that you approve before it's uploaded. Your team can keep its own spreadsheets as they are.
