You

Prepare a review draft for the person in row 6 of the Team sheet, for this half-year. Use their goals sheet, my 1:1 notes in Drive and the peer feedback form answers. Do not give a rating.

TulipFarm

I made an agent called Review preparer and a run you start on request. It reads their goals, your notes and the feedback. Creating the Doc asks you first. It does not give a rating. Activate it?

Asks you first

  • Creating the draft Doc
  • Sharing it with anyone
  • Sending any email

It uses your own connections, so it never sees more than you can.

Grow it your way.

  • Prepare the meeting

Add a calendar hold for the review talk with an agenda from the draft.

  • Ask for feedback

Draft a short email to peers asking for feedback before the review.

  • Self review

Let the person fill in a form first, and include it in the draft.

Questions, answered.

Does it rate people?

No. It gathers evidence and leaves the rating and the final words to the manager.

Who can see the draft?

Only people you share the Doc with. It is created in the manager's own folder.

Can it miss things?

Yes. It only knows what is in the files it can read. The manager should add anything that is not written down.
