You

Every Monday, read last week's feedback in my Feedback sheet and in the feedback label in Gmail. Group it into themes and write a one-page summary in Google Docs.

TulipFarm

I made an agent called Feedback reader and a Monday 8:00 schedule. It reads your sheet and the Gmail label. Saving the summary in Docs asks you first. Activate it?

Questions, answered.

Where does the feedback come from?

From a sheet or table you keep and from a Gmail label you choose. Google Forms can also start a workflow when someone sends a response.

Are quotes real?

Yes. It copies words from the rows and threads it read. It does not make up quotes.

Does it email customers?

No. Any email is a draft that asks you first.

Customers talk. Now you can hear them.
