Public sites and product information

The marketing website introduces TulipFarm. The documentation provides setup and usage guidance. These public sites are separate from the application where people manage a workspace and work with agents.

Concept mockups and sample data are illustrations, not evidence of customer results. The documentation identifies its review status. Check the instructions against the release you use before relying on them for important work.

Hosted services and self-hosted software

Terms for a TulipFarm-hosted service are separate from the license for running the software yourself. Hosted-service eligibility, charges, support, availability, suspension, and cancellation terms still need legal and operational review. This draft does not establish those terms.

For self-hosted software, consult the license and notices supplied with the exact release you use. The product repository is the source reference. This page does not replace that license or grant additional software or trademark rights.

An instance operator manages the server, storage, backups, and updates. An instance administrator manages settings and access inside the workspace. These are different responsibilities.

Proposed usage rules

The following rules are proposed for review, not finalized contract terms:

• Use only accounts, data, and systems you are authorized to access.
• Do not bypass access controls, misuse credentials, or disrupt others' work.
• Submit content only when you have the necessary rights and permission to use it with the configured services.
• Review agent outputs and actions before relying on them for important decisions. Model output can be incorrect.

External services and data

Model providers and connected services have their own terms, permissions, and billing arrangements. Hosting TulipFarm yourself does not make those services local or remove their requirements.

Read the privacy notice for documented data practices, including Google sign-in, model-provider requests, and telemetry. Retention, deletion procedures, and other open legal details remain marked for review.

Details awaiting legal review

• The contracting legal entity, address, applicable law, jurisdiction, and dispute process.
• Eligibility and age requirements, agreement acceptance, effective date, and how changes to the terms are communicated.
• Hosted-service pricing, payment, refunds, cancellation, suspension, availability, and support commitments.
• Content ownership and permissions, confidentiality, warranties, liability, and obligations when service ends.
