Give a shared goal a home
A TulipFarm project brings chats, files and instructions together around a shared goal. It gives a piece of work a name and a place to keep the context people need as the conversation continues.
A customer handoff needs more than a task title. The next person needs to know what was agreed, which questions remain and who owns the next step. Start with that context, then break the work into a checklist people can review.
Put it to work
- Customer follow-ups
- Keep the account owner's goal and conversation notes beside the steps for preparing a useful next message.
- Hiring coordination
- Set out the role requirements, interview preparation and reviewed next steps before moving a candidate forward.
- Vendor operations
- Give a renewal review an owner, contract context and a checklist of information needed for a decision.
Try a project from first request to next step
Explore projects, then follow the example there:
- Choose a fictional project request and review its proposed goal, context and checklist before saving.
- Open the project, edit its title or working notes, and save the steps you want to follow.
- Mark checklist items yourself, or review a simulated run to inspect a sample next-action proposal.
- Open View creation chat to revisit the scripted request that created your local example.
How it fits in your workspace
Common questions
- How is a TulipFarm project different from a table?
- A project gathers the chats, files and instructions for one shared goal. A table holds many records in consistent fields, such as customer, company, status and next action. In the Explore tour, sample projects and tables are separate and don't share data.
- Can I invite colleagues into an Explore tour project?
- No. The Explore tour saves your examples in this browser only, so there's no one to invite and nothing to share. TulipFarm Cloud is one workspace for the whole organization, where every team works from the same records, docs and agents. TulipFarm Cloud is now in public beta, open to everyone—sign up to get started.
Project checklists and simulated results are local examples. Checking a step does not assign work or notify another person.
