Everything a business needs: Agents, Data Tables, Workflows, Context, Integrations, Calendar.
AI agents that handle your team’s busywork, using what your company already knows. You approve what matters.
No card needed.
Your operations depend on each other.
Sales promises a delivery date. Support finds a product issue. Marketing starts a promotion. Each decision depends on records held by other teams. Copying between tools slows the work and loses context.
Build one operation. Connect the next.
Start with the records and steps your team uses. Add agents and workflows around them, then connect the next operation to the same information. Keep your existing tools while you decide which work belongs in TulipFarm. See how each team can use TulipFarm.
Build around your work.
Explore the pieces you can use to build an operation: tables, projects, chats, agents, workflows and more.
A spreadsheet that works like a database
Clients, orders and jobs link to each other. Field rules keep bad values out, whoever types them.
- Rows inside rows, as deep as you need
- Field rules stop bad values
- Bring in your old spreadsheet
See every job by stage
Turn any table into a board. Same rows, grouped by the choice field you pick.
- Same rows as your table
- Group by any choice field
- Agents flag what needs you
Your meetings and your agents, one calendar
Google events, scheduled agents and workflows sit side by side. Find a time that suits everyone.
- Meetings and agent runs together
- Find time across calendars
- Asks before it books anything
One home for each client
Chats, files, instructions and people for one job, kept in one place.
- Chats, files and notes together
- Only members can see it
- Instructions everyone shares
Ask for the work in plain words
Big asks turn into a plan you can watch, pause or stop. Nothing is sent until you say so.
- Just ask, like you would a colleague
- Big asks become a plan
- Waits for your OK
Hand off the checking
Give an agent a job, the tools it may use and what it must ask about. It does the legwork and hands you a short list to approve.
- One job per agent
- You choose what it may use
- Runs on a clock or on a trigger
Same steps, even on your day off
Write the routine once. It runs the same way every time, and waits for a person wherever you say so.
- Same steps every time
- Stops for a person where you say
- Picks up where it stopped
Files your agents can read
Drop in briefs, price lists and proofs. Add them to Knowledge, and agents cite them in their answers.
- Agents cite what you add
- Originals never change
- Search inside documents
Every setup change, saved as a version
Your tables and agents are kept as files with a full history, like code. Admins see who changed what, and when.
- Every change is a saved version
- See exactly what changed
- Tables and agents as plain files
Keep people in control.
Agents propose changes. Field rules check them. You approve the steps you choose.
Bad data stays out.
Field rules reject bad values before they save, like words in a number field.
You decide at the gates you set.
Pick which actions wait for your OK. The agent shows the proposed change, then waits until a person approves it.
Pick up where work stopped.
If Cloud restarts mid-run, the workflow picks up where it stopped.
Field rules check format, not meaning. Check the outputs that matter.

What is TulipFarm?
TulipFarm is an open-source platform for building and running business operations with agents. Records, docs, agents and workflows live in one workspace so work can share context. TulipFarm Cloud is the supported hosted option, currently in research preview.
Who is TulipFarm for?
TulipFarm is built for people who want to shape how their business works, especially hands-on founders, operators and builders. Start with one operation and connect more work as your needs grow. TulipFarm Cloud is in research preview and open to everyone.
Do I have to replace my existing tools?
No. Start with one operation and keep the tools you use. Connect available apps, then decide which work to move into TulipFarm over time. If a connection you need is missing, contact us.
Will an agent always ask before changing something?
In TulipFarm Cloud, only for the actions you choose. For those actions, the agent shows the proposed change and waits for a person to approve it.
What happens if an agent gets something wrong?
In TulipFarm Cloud, field rules block bad values, like a date that does not exist. Actions you mark for approval wait for your OK first. Rules check format, not meaning, so review important outputs.
How do agents, Skills and Workflows fit together?
In TulipFarm Cloud, agents handle assigned tasks, Skills hold reusable instructions, and Workflows set the steps around the work, including approval steps.
Is TulipFarm open source?
Yes. TulipFarm’s code is public on GitHub under the GNU AGPL v3.0, and anyone can self-host it for free. Self-hosted installs are unsupported, so you run the servers, upgrades and security yourself. TulipFarm Cloud is the supported way to use it.
Is the Explore tour my real workspace?
No. Explore is an archived browser tour of the TulipFarm Cloud design, not a live workspace. It does not connect to your business accounts. Your edits stay in this browser, and Reset clears them.
