Triage the support queue: starts Every 15 minutes, uses Zendesk, Gmail, Slack.

No flowchart to draw. Describe the job in chat. TulipFarm sets up the agent and its workflow, and shows you both before anything runs.

You

Every 15 minutes, read the new tickets in Zendesk. Give each one a topic and an urgency, say who should take it, and post the list in our support channel.

TulipFarm

I made an agent called Ticket triage and a workflow that runs every 15 minutes. It reads new tickets through your Zendesk Custom MCP connection and the shared Gmail inbox. Changing tags and posting to Slack asks you first. Activate it?

Questions, answered.

Why is there no trigger for a new ticket?

TulipFarm has no new-email or new-ticket trigger. The agent checks on a schedule instead, here every 15 minutes, and handles whatever is new since the last run.

How does it reach Zendesk?

Through a Custom MCP connection. Zendesk has an MCP server, so you add it, choose how it signs in, and review each tool before the agent can use it.

Will it change my tickets on its own?

No. It only reads until you approve. Tags, priority changes and Slack posts each ask you first.
