You

Every weekday at 8, look at my meetings for today. For each one, find the last emails with the attendees and any docs we shared, and send me a short brief in Slack.

TulipFarm

I made an agent called Meeting prep and a weekday 8:00 schedule. It reads Calendar, Gmail and Drive. Posting to Slack asks you first. Activate it?

Asks you first

  • Posting to Slack
  • Sending any email
  • Changing any event or file

It uses your own connections, so it never sees more than you can.

Grow it your way.

  • Only external meetings

Skip calls where every attendee is on your team.

  • Add the deal

Connect your CRM through MCP and add stage and value to each brief.

  • Brief the whole team

Post to a shared channel so everyone in the call has the same page.

Questions, answered.

Does the agent read all of my email?

It reads only what its instructions ask for: threads with the people in today's meetings. It uses your own Gmail connection, so it can never see more than you can.

Will it post or send anything without me?

No. Reading is quiet. Posting to Slack, sending email or changing a calendar event asks you first, every time.

Can it use my CRM?

Yes. HubSpot can start workflows directly, and any CRM with an MCP server, such as Salesforce, can be added as a Custom MCP connection.

Can my team use the same agent?

Yes. Share the agent with a team. Each person's run uses their own connections, so nobody sees another person's inbox.

Tomorrow at 8, be ready.
