Tell us what you are trying to do, what happened, and whether you use a self-hosted workspace. For a technical issue, include the TulipFarm version and a short set of steps that shows the problem.
Remove passwords, API keys, customer information, and other sensitive data from logs or screenshots before sending them. For self-hosted access or server issues, your instance administrator or operator is also a useful starting point.
Privacy questions and requests
Use the same email address for questions about your data, or requests to access, correct, export, or delete it. Describe the request and which site or workspace it concerns. Do not attach identity documents, passwords, or a copy of your workspace data to your first message.
Our privacy notice explains the documented data practices and the legal details still under review. Publishing this contact address does not set a response deadline or a deletion timetable.
Security reports
Email a description of the issue, the affected version or page, and non-sensitive steps to reproduce it. Do not publish security details, credentials, or personal data in a public GitHub issue.
Start with a brief report without sensitive attachments. This page does not establish a bug bounty, a response-time commitment, or authorization to test systems you do not control.
