You

When someone fills my feature request form, check the requests table for the same idea. If it exists, add a vote. If not, add a new row. Tell #product about new ones.

TulipFarm

I made an agent called Request tracker and a workflow that starts on each new form response. It reads the table. Changing the table and posting to Slack asks you first. Activate it?

ActivateEdit first

One response, start to finish.

Every run is saved as an agent task you can open, check and rerun.

What gets planted.

Three parts you own and can change at any time.

  1. Table

    Requests

One row per idea, with a vote count.

  2. Agent

    Request tracker

Matches a response to an existing idea.

  3. Workflow

    New response

Starts on each Google Forms response.

It reads quietly. It asks before it acts.

Reads without asking

  • The new form response
  • The requests table

Asks you first

  • Adding a vote or a row
  • Posting to Slack

It uses your own connections, so it never sees more than you can.

Grow it your way.

  • Link a ticket

When a request passes five votes, draft a Jira ticket for you to approve.

  • Tell the person

Draft a thank-you email when their idea ships.

  • Weigh by plan

Ask for the plan in the form and count paid users twice.

Questions, answered.

Does it start from a form?

Yes. A new Google Forms response starts the workflow. Forms can start a workflow but the agent does not write back to a form.

How does it spot repeats?

The agent compares the new idea with the titles in your table. When it is unsure, it asks you before merging.

Can I use Jira instead of a table?

Yes. Jira is built in and can be read and written, once you approve each change.

Every ask, counted once.
