Keep the roadmap current: starts Mondays · 9:00, uses Jira, Google Docs, Slack.

No flowchart to draw. Describe the job in chat. TulipFarm sets up the agent and its workflow, and shows you both before anything runs.

You

Every Monday at 9, read the epics on the roadmap board in Jira. For each theme, write one line: on track, at risk or done, and why. Show me before it goes to Slack.

TulipFarm

I made an agent called Roadmap update and a Monday 9:00 schedule. It reads Jira and your last update doc. Posting to Slack asks you first. Activate it?

Post only the themes that changed since last week.

Questions, answered.

How does it decide what is at risk?

By the rules in your skill, such as no movement for two weeks or an open blocker. You can change them.

Does it change my Jira tickets?

No. It reads them. Any change, like a comment, asks you first.

Can it read Linear?

Yes, through a Custom MCP connection. You review each tool before the agent can use it.
