Feedback synthesis agentHear the pattern, not the pile.

Every Friday it reads the new rows in your feedback sheet and groups them by theme. It writes a short doc with the strongest quotes and tells your team in Slack.

You

Every Friday afternoon, read the new rows in my feedback sheet. Group them by theme, pick two quotes for each theme, put it in a doc and tell the product channel in Slack.

TulipFarm

I made an agent called Feedback synthesis and a Friday 15:00 schedule. It reads your feedback sheet. Creating the doc and posting to Slack asks you first. Activate it?

Asks you first

  • Creating the summary doc
  • Posting to Slack

It uses your own connections, so it never sees more than you can.

Grow it your way.

  • Count by plan

Add a plan column and split every theme by free and paid users.

  • Pull in support tools

Connect Zendesk or Intercom through a Custom MCP connection and add tickets to the pile.

  • Daily for a launch

Switch the schedule to daily for launch week, then back to weekly.

Questions, answered.

Where does the feedback come from?

From a Google Sheet or a TulipFarm table. A form can add rows to it. The agent only reads what is in that sheet.

Will it change my feedback rows?

No. It reads them. Any write, like a new doc or a Slack post, asks you first.

Can it read Zendesk or Intercom tickets?

Yes, through a Custom MCP connection. You review each tool before the agent can use it.
