No flowchart to draw. Describe the job in chat. TulipFarm sets up the agent and its workflow, and shows you both before anything runs.

You

When a customer sends our satisfaction survey, log it in my Responses sheet, draft a reply in Gmail that fits their score, and tell the team in Slack if the score is low.

TulipFarm

I made an agent called Survey follow-up and a workflow that starts on each new Google Forms response. Logging the row, saving the draft and posting to Slack asks you first. Activate it?

ActivateEdit first

One response, start to finish.

Every run is saved as an agent task you can open, check and rerun.

Three parts you own and can change at any time.

It reads quietly. It asks before it acts.

Reads without asking

  • The survey response
  • The customer's earlier tickets, if you allow it
  • Your reply rules

Asks you first

  • Saving a draft in Gmail
  • Adding a row to Sheets
  • Posting to Slack

It uses your own connections, so it never sees more than you can.

Grow it your way.

  • Different tone by score

Thank high scores. Offer a call to low ones.

  • Book the call

Offer a time from your calendar in the draft.

  • Weekly roll-up

Post one summary of all scores each Friday.

Questions, answered.

What starts it?

A new response in Google Forms. There is no new-email trigger, so the form is the start.

Will it email customers without asking?

No. It saves a draft in Gmail after you approve. You send it.

Can it use another survey tool?

Only if the tool can write to a Google Form or a Sheet. Otherwise add its MCP server as a Custom MCP connection.
