Send the report every time: starts Mondays · 7:30, uses Google Sheets, Google Docs, Gmail, Slack.

Ask for it once, in plain words.

No flowchart to draw. Describe the job in chat. TulipFarm sets up the agent and its workflow, and shows you both before anything runs.

You

Every Monday at 7:30, read the Ops numbers sheet, fill my report doc layout, write two lines on what changed, and post the link in Slack and email it to the leads.

TulipFarm

I made an agent called Report builder and a Monday 7:30 schedule. It reads your sheet and uses your report layout. Creating the doc, posting to Slack and drafting the email all ask you first. Activate it?

Asks you first

  • Creating a Google Doc
  • Posting to Slack
  • Saving an email draft

It uses your own connections, so it never sees more than you can.

Grow it your way.

  • Make it slides

Build a short deck in Google Slides instead of a doc.

  • Add a database

Read a Postgres database through a Custom MCP connection.

  • Different readers

Write a short version for leads and a long one for the team.

Questions, answered.

Does it send emails by itself?

No. It saves a draft in Gmail after you approve. You read it and send it.

Can it make the numbers up?

No. It copies numbers from the sheet and says where each came from. If a cell is empty, it says so.

Can I change the layout?

Yes. The layout lives in a skill you edit. The next run uses the new version.

The report is done before you sit down.
