You

When a new row is added to my Leads sheet, fix the phone and date formats, fill the region from my Regions sheet, and flag any row that looks wrong.

TulipFarm

I made an agent called Sheet cleaner and a workflow that starts on each new row in your Leads sheet. Editing cells asks you first, so you see each change before it lands. Activate it?

One new row, start to finish.

Every run is saved as an agent task you can open, check and rerun.

Asks you first

  • Editing cells in Google Sheets
  • Posting to Slack
  • Deleting any row

It uses your own connections, so it never sees more than you can.

Grow it your way.

  • Flag duplicates

Compare each new row with the last 500 and mark likely repeats.

  • Tell the owner

Post flagged rows to the sheet owner in Slack.

  • Weekly clean-up

Run over the whole sheet once a week instead of row by row.

Questions, answered.

Will it overwrite my data?

Only after you approve, and every change is listed with a reason. It does not delete rows.

What starts it?

A new or changed row in Google Sheets or a table.

Can it guess missing values?

It fills only from sources you give it, like a lookup sheet. If it cannot find one, it leaves the cell blank and flags it.

Clean data, without the chore.
