You

Make an offer letter for the candidate in row 4 of the Approved offers sheet, using our offer template. Save it in Docs and draft the email to the candidate.

I made an agent called Offer drafter and a run you start on request. It reads the approved row and your template. Creating the Doc and saving the email draft asks you first. It copies the terms and never sets them. Activate it?

One approved offer, one letter.

Every run is saved as an agent task you can open, check and rerun.

Questions, answered.

Does it decide pay or terms?

No. It copies approved terms from your sheet. If a field is empty or not approved, it stops and tells you.

Does it send the offer?

No. It saves a draft in Gmail. You review and send it, and sending asks you first.

Is it legal advice?

No. It fills your own template. Have your usual legal reviewer check the template itself.
