It reads only threads that match the account you name. It uses your own Gmail connection, so it never sees more than you can.
Will it write to my CRM?
No. This agent reads and writes a brief. To update a CRM, see the CRM agent.
What if there is no history?
The brief says so. It does not invent facts. You can add notes by hand and run it again.
