You

After a call, read my notes doc, pull out decisions, next steps and dates, and add a row for the deal in my deal sheet.

TulipFarm

I made an agent called Call logger and a workflow you start by hand. It reads your notes doc. Adding the row asks you first. Activate it?

One call, start to finish.

Every run is saved as an agent task you can open, check and rerun.

It reads quietly. It asks before it acts.

Reads without asking

  • Your call notes
  • The deal row
  • Your update format

Asks you first

  • Adding the row
  • Creating any email draft

It uses your own connections, so it never sees more than you can.

Grow it your way.

  • Draft the recap

Also write a thank-you email as a Gmail draft.

  • Use your CRM

Write to a CRM with an MCP server after you approve.

  • Batch the week

Run on Friday over every notes doc from that week.

Questions, answered.

Does it listen to the call?

No. It reads written notes you give it. To use a call recorder, connect it through a Custom MCP connection if it has an MCP server.

Will it write to my CRM?

Not built in. Sheets and tables work with no setup. A CRM needs a Custom MCP connection, and you review each tool first.

What if the notes are messy?

It does its best and marks anything unclear. You check the row before it is saved.
