You

Every weekday at 5pm, read today's emails about my open deals and add an update row for each: what changed, next step, date.

I made an agent called CRM updater and a weekday 17:00 schedule. It reads Gmail and your deal sheet. Adding rows asks you first. Activate it?

Reads without asking

  • Today's emails about open deals
  • Your deal sheet
  • Your update format

Asks you first

  • Adding rows to your sheet
  • Changing any record in a CRM

It uses your own connections, so it never sees more than you can.

Grow it your way.

  • Use your real CRM

Connect a CRM with an MCP server and write updates there after you approve.

  • Weekly only

Run on Friday and roll up the whole week.

  • Tell the team

Post a short list of changed deals to a channel.

Questions, answered.

Does it write to HubSpot or Salesforce?

Not built in. Sheets and tables work with no setup. A CRM needs a Custom MCP connection, and you review each tool before an agent can use it.

What if it matches the wrong deal?

You see every row before it is saved. Fix it or skip it. Then say so, and the agent adjusts.

Does it read all of my email?

Only threads that match your open deals. It uses your own Gmail connection.
