You

Every day at 5, read my mail from today. Find anything I promised or was asked to do. Add each one to my task table with who it is for and a due date.

TulipFarm

I made an agent called Task tracker, a table called Tasks and a daily 17:00 schedule. It reads Gmail. Adding rows asks you first. Activate it?

It reads quietly. It asks before it acts.

Reads without asking

  • The day's email threads
  • The Tasks table, to avoid repeats

Asks you first

  • Adding rows to the table
  • Sending any email

It uses your own connections, so it never sees more than you can.

Grow it your way.

  • Mark done

Check sent mail and mark a task done when you replied.

  • Weekly nudge

Post overdue tasks to Slack on Monday.

  • Use Trello

Create cards instead of rows, after you approve them.

Questions, answered.

How does it spot a task?

It looks for requests and promises in the text. Rows show the thread, so you can check each one.

Can it miss one?

Yes. It reads language, not a form. Skim the table once a day.

Where is the table?

In TulipFarm Tables. You can also move rows to Google Sheets.

Every promise, written down.
