You

Every weekday at 9, check my Purchase orders sheet for orders past their due date. Draft a polite follow-up email to each supplier in Gmail and tell me in Slack.

TulipFarm

I made an agent called Supplier chaser and a weekday 9:00 schedule. It reads the sheet. Creating drafts and posting to Slack asks you first. Activate it?

Questions, answered.

Does it email suppliers by itself?

No. It leaves drafts. Sending asks you first.

How does it know an order arrived?

It reads the delivery column in your sheet. Keep that column current and it will not nudge for received orders.

Can I use a TulipFarm table instead of a sheet?

Yes. It reads either one the same way.

No supplier slips by.
