Reorder before you run out: starts Daily · 6:00, uses Shopify, Gmail, Google Sheets.

No flowchart to draw. Describe the job in chat. TulipFarm sets up the agent and its workflow, and shows you both before anything runs.

You

Every day at 6, check Shopify stock against the limits in my Suppliers sheet. For items below the limit, draft a reorder email to that supplier in Gmail.

TulipFarm

I made an agent called Reorder and a daily 6:00 schedule. It reads stock through a Custom MCP connection to Shopify and the limits in Sheets. Creating drafts asks you first. Activate it?

Questions, answered.

How does the agent reach Shopify?

Through a Custom MCP connection. Shopify is not built in. You add its MCP server, choose how to sign in (none, OAuth or API key), and review each tool before an agent can use it.

Does it send the order?

No. It makes a Gmail draft. You read it and press send.

Where do my limits live?

In a sheet or a TulipFarm table that you own. Change a number and the next run uses it.

Stock up before it shows.
