Track software subscriptions
No flowchart to draw. Describe the job in chat. TulipFarm sets up the agent and its workflow, and shows you both before anything runs.
On the 1st of each month, find subscription receipts and renewal notices in my inbox. Update the Subscriptions sheet and tell me in Slack about anything new, higher than last time, or renewing soon.
I made an agent called Subscription tracker and a monthly schedule for the 1st at 7:00. It reads Gmail and the Subscriptions sheet. Updating the sheet and posting to Slack asks you first. Activate it?
Every run is saved as an agent task you can open, check and rerun.

No. It reads and lists. It has no way to cancel a subscription, and any write asks you first.
It can only find what is in your inbox. Add those tools to the sheet by hand and it will keep them in the list.
There is no new-email trigger. Inbox jobs run on a schedule, and monthly fits a subscription list.
