You

Every hour, read new emails with the refund label. Check the order in my Orders sheet against our refund policy, draft a reply in Gmail, and post the case in Slack for me to decide.

TulipFarm

I made an agent called Refund checker and an hourly workflow. It reads the refund label in Gmail and your Orders sheet. It never issues a refund. Saving drafts and posting to Slack asks you first. Activate it?

Questions, answered.

Does it issue refunds?

No. It reads, checks the policy and drafts. A person issues any refund in your payment tool.

What if the order is not in the sheet?

It says so in the case note and does not guess. You can ask the customer for the order number.

Can it see Stripe or Shopify?

Yes, through a Custom MCP connection. You review each tool first, and read-only tools are the safest start.
