Lead routing agentEvery lead gets an owner fast.

When a new lead row appears, the agent picks the owner by your rules: region, size or product. It tells that rep in Slack and notes the owner in the row.

You

When a new lead is added to my leads sheet, pick the rep by region and company size, tell them in Slack, and write the owner in the row.

TulipFarm

I made an agent called Lead router and a workflow that starts on each new row. It reads the row and your routing rules. Slack posts and row changes ask you first. Activate it?

Reads without asking

  • The new lead row
  • Your routing rules
  • The list of reps and their patches

Asks you first

  • Posting to Slack
  • Changing the owner cell

It uses your own connections, so it never sees more than you can.

Grow it your way.

  • Round robin

Give leads to reps in turn when no rule matches.

  • Out of office

Skip a rep whose calendar shows time off.

  • Escalate unclaimed leads

Remind the channel if a lead has no reply after a day.

Questions, answered.

What starts it?

A new or changed row in Google Sheets or a table. A new HubSpot contact can also start it.

Does it change the owner in my CRM?

Not built in. It writes the owner in your table. Writing to a CRM needs a Custom MCP connection.

Can it assign the wrong rep?

It follows your rules. You approve each assignment at first, and you can fix a rule any time.

No lead waits for an owner.
