When a deal in my deals table is marked Won, make a Trello kickoff card, draft an intro email, and tell #customers in Slack.

I made an agent called Handoff and a workflow that starts when a row changes to Won. It reads the row and deal notes. The card, the draft and the post each ask you first. Activate it?

Questions, answered.

What counts as a won deal?

A row in your table or sheet that changes to the value you pick, such as Won.

Does it email the customer?

No. It saves a draft in Gmail. You read it and send it.

Can it start from HubSpot?

A new HubSpot deal can start a workflow. Reading a deal stage change is easiest with a table row. Writing back to HubSpot needs a Custom MCP connection.

A deal won is a customer kept.
