You

Every 30 minutes, check Calendly for new bookings. For each guest, find our past emails, write a short brief and post it in Slack. Draft a confirmation in Gmail.

TulipFarm

I made an agent called Booking prep and a schedule that runs every 30 minutes. It reads Calendly through a Custom MCP connection, and Gmail. Posting to Slack and creating drafts asks you first. Activate it?

Questions, answered.

How does the agent reach Calendly?

Through a Custom MCP connection. Calendly is not built in. You add its MCP server, choose how to sign in (none, OAuth or API key), and review each tool before an agent can use it.

Does it react the instant someone books?

No. It checks for new bookings on a schedule, here every 30 minutes.

Can it cancel or move a booking?

Only if you allow a tool that can, and each change asks you first.
