How does the agent reach Shopify?
Through a Custom MCP connection. Shopify is not built in. You add its MCP server, choose how to sign in (none, OAuth or API key), and review each tool before an agent can use it.
Does it issue refunds?
No. It drafts the reply and shows the amount. Money moves only when you do it.
Who makes the final call?
You do. The agent shows its reason and you approve or edit the draft.
