You

Every Monday at 9, find customers I have not emailed in 45 days and draft a short personal check-in for each, based on our last emails.

TulipFarm

I made an agent called Check-in and a Monday 9:00 schedule. It reads your sheet and Gmail. Saving drafts asks you first, and I never send. Activate it?

Asks you first

  • Saving drafts in Gmail
  • Sending any email

It uses your own connections, so it never sees more than you can.

Grow it your way.

  • Set the gap

Use 30 days for large accounts and 90 for small ones.

  • Tell the owner

Post a short list of who got a draft.

  • Book a slot

Offer two times from your calendar in each draft.

Questions, answered.

Does it send the emails?

No. It saves drafts. You read them and send them yourself.

How does it know when I last spoke to someone?

It reads the last-contact column in your sheet and the latest threads in your own Gmail.

Can it skip some customers?

Yes. Add a column such as Paused, and tell the agent to skip those rows.

A kind note, on time.
