Where TulipFarm differs
Four differences that show up when a print shop’s proof follow-ups belong to the team, not one person.
Anyone on the job can direct the agent
How ChatGPT Dots handles it
Only the owner can direct their dot in Slack; messages from other people don’t start work.

TulipFarm
The team’s orders sit in a built-in table, and a required due date keeps gaps out.

Questions about TulipFarm and ChatGPT Dots
Is TulipFarm a ChatGPT Dots alternative?
For team work, yes. A dot is one person’s always-on agent. TulipFarm is a shared workspace where records, files, agents and workflows live together, so anyone with access can pick up a job and a person approves the exact changes you choose.
What is the main difference between TulipFarm and ChatGPT Dots?
Ownership. Only a dot’s owner can direct it, and it works from the apps you connect. In TulipFarm, saved agents and tables belong to the workspace, so the team shares the same records and the same agent.
Can TulipFarm do everything a dot can?
No. Dots have their own browser and cloud computer, voice calls, mobile apps, Microsoft Teams, and SSO on Business plans. TulipFarm has none of those. It adds built-in tables with field rules, a visual workflow builder and runs that can wait up to 30 days for a person.
Can my company admin read what I say to my dot?
On Enterprise, yes. OpenAI’s admin guide says Enterprise admins can use Compliance API records to investigate user messages and dots’ replies. In TulipFarm, workspace admins can’t open members’ personal chats or private agent tasks.
Is ChatGPT Dots available in Europe?
Not on ChatGPT Pro. OpenAI lists Pro access for users over 18 outside the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland. Business Premium is rolling out worldwide, and Enterprise admins must turn dots on.
How much does TulipFarm cost compared with ChatGPT Dots?
Your first TulipFarm Cloud signup includes $50 in free credits. Paid plans aren’t public yet; see the pricing page. Dots come with ChatGPT Pro, which starts at $100 a month, and with Business Premium seats from $100 a user a month.
Can I use a dot and TulipFarm together?
