A Taskade alternative that checks each value
Taskade agents and automations work across your projects. In TulipFarm, a bad value is rejected before it saves, and a run can wait days for a reply.
Where TulipFarm differs
Taskade and TulipFarm have a lot in common. Three differences show up in one order job, each with a note on how Taskade handles it.
Every value is checked before it saves
TulipFarm
Tables enforce type, required, choices and unique rules, whether a person or an agent writes.
See TablesHow Taskade handles it
Custom fields add select, number, text and other columns to tasks. Its help page doesn’t describe required or unique rules.

On actions you pick, the agent shows the exact change. Every change in Google waits for a person.

Automations send email, post to Slack and update Google Sheets as steps. Its list of automation actions has no approval step.

A workflow run can wait up to 30 days for a reply, and a restart won’t redo finished steps.

taskade.com/pricingQuestions about TulipFarm and Taskade
Is TulipFarm a Taskade alternative?
Yes, for teams that keep business records in their workspace and want agents to change them only within rules and approvals. Both tools combine projects, AI agents and automations in one place.
What is the main difference between TulipFarm and Taskade?
Taskade spans projects, agents, automations and apps it builds from a prompt. TulipFarm focuses on records: tables with field rules, agents that show the exact change before an action you chose runs, and workflows that wait for people.
Can TulipFarm do everything Taskade can?
No. Taskade builds apps, portals and forms from a prompt, has mobile and desktop apps, connects to 100+ apps and offers SAML SSO on Business. TulipFarm doesn’t offer those today.
Does TulipFarm or Taskade have SOC 2?
Not yet. Taskade’s security page says SOC 2 Type II is in progress and no audit report exists. TulipFarm doesn’t have SOC 2 either.
How do approvals in TulipFarm compare with Taskade?
In TulipFarm, you choose the actions that need approval, and the agent shows the exact change first. Taskade’s list of automation actions doesn’t include an approval step; its Delay action pauses for a set time or until a set date.
How much does TulipFarm cost compared with Taskade?
Your first TulipFarm Cloud signup includes $50 in free credits. Paid plans aren’t public yet; see the pricing page. Taskade Pro is $10 a month billed yearly for 10 users and 50,000 credits a month, and Business is $25 a month billed yearly.
