Where TulipFarm differs

Scoro is strong on the money side of client work. These four differences are about the repeat work around it, and how much you trust what an agent saves.

  • Required and unique fields on every workspace

    TulipFarm

Any table can require a value or reject a duplicate, so an agent can’t save the same order twice.

    See Tables

    How Scoro handles it

Scoro lists unique and mandatory fields only on its Enterprise platform.

  • Agents that run on their own schedule

    TulipFarm

A saved agent follows your skills and runs as often as once an hour, without anyone prompting it.

    See Agents

    How Scoro handles it

ELI, Scoro’s AI assistant, answers questions about your data and can take on tasks like updating budgets when you ask.

  • See the change before it lands

    TulipFarm

For the actions you pick, the agent shows Maya the exact change and waits for her OK.

    How Scoro handles it

ELI asks for your confirmation before it takes an action, and its finished actions can’t be undone yet.

  • Workflows that wait for a client’s answer

    TulipFarm

A run can pause for up to 30 days for sign-off, and a restart won’t repeat the steps already done.

    How Scoro handles it

Triggers and actions send emails, webhooks, Slack messages or in-app notifications when something happens in Scoro.

When to stay with Scoro

Scoro runs the business side of a services firm. TulipFarm has no time tracking, budgets, resourcing or billing, so Scoro wins if you rely on them.

You run quote to cash in one place
Scoro covers quotes, time tracking, resource planning, budgets and invoices in one platform. TulipFarm has none of these.
Your accounts must stay in sync
Scoro syncs both ways with Xero, QuickBooks and Sage Intacct. TulipFarm has no accounting integration.
You need ISO 27001, SSO and a full activity log
Scoro is ISO 27001 certified, logs every user action and offers SSO and user provisioning on Enterprise.

Moving a job from Scoro

Keep Scoro for quotes, time and invoices. Move a repeat job that people still do by hand, and run both until the agent earns your trust.

  1. Choose the busywork

Pick a recurring job, such as checking which regular clients are due a reorder.

  2. Export the list

Export the records it uses from Scoro as CSV or XLS, then import them into a TulipFarm table with field rules.

  3. Schedule an agent

Write the check as a skill, give it to a saved agent and set how often it runs and what needs approval.

  4. Compare for a few weeks

Match the agent’s results with your usual process before you switch. Your first signup includes $50 in free credits.

Questions about TulipFarm and Scoro

Is TulipFarm a Scoro alternative?

For the repeat work, yes; for running the business side, no. TulipFarm is a workspace where agents work on shared tables and files and people approve the changes you choose. It has no time tracking, quotes, resource planning, budgets or invoicing, which are Scoro’s core.

What is the main difference between TulipFarm and Scoro?

Scoro is a set of apps for each step from quote to invoice, with an AI assistant called ELI. TulipFarm starts with agents that run on a schedule, follow your skills and work on tables that enforce required and unique values on every workspace.

Does Scoro have AI agents?

Scoro has ELI, an AI assistant that answers questions about your data and can carry out tasks you ask for, and an MCP server so tools like Claude can work in Scoro. Its pages don’t describe scheduled agents. TulipFarm agents can run on a schedule and wait for approval on the actions you choose.

Can TulipFarm replace Scoro for invoicing?

No. TulipFarm has no invoices, quotes, budgets or accounting sync. Keep Scoro for billing and use TulipFarm for jobs agents can take on.

How much does TulipFarm cost compared with Scoro?

Your first TulipFarm Cloud signup includes $50 in free credits. Paid plans aren’t public yet; see the pricing page to ask for more credits or apply for student, NGO or startup support. Scoro combinations start at $17 per user a month, billed yearly, or $20 billed monthly, with a minimum of 5 users, and the price grows with the apps and platform you choose.

Can I move my Scoro data to TulipFarm?

Yes, as files. Scoro exports CSV and XLS, and TulipFarm imports CSV or XLSX into a table. Automations and ELI prompts don’t move across; rebuild them as workflows and skills.

Is Scoro more secure than TulipFarm?

It has more certifications today. Scoro is ISO 27001 certified, logs every user action and offers SSO on Enterprise. TulipFarm has no certification or SSO, though workspace admins can’t open members’ personal chats or private agent tasks.
