TulipFarmvsClaude Cowork

A Claude Cowork alternative for the list everyone edits

Cowork hands back spreadsheets and slides from your folders. TulipFarm agents edit the team’s tables in place, within field rules, with approval where you pick.

Where TulipFarm differs

Four differences that show up when a reorder check has to update the list everyone works from.

  • One order list the whole team edits

    TulipFarm

Agents write to a shared table, and a required-field rule holds a row that is missing a quantity.

    See Tables

    How Claude Cowork handles it

Projects organize Cowork tasks into workspaces with their own files, links, instructions and memory.

  • A person approves the exact change

    TulipFarm

On actions you pick, Maya sees the field, the old value and the new value, and nothing saves until she approves.

    How Claude Cowork handles it

In Auto mode, read-only tools are approved and Claude decides on write and delete tools after a safety review.

  • Runs that start from an event and wait

    TulipFarm

A webhook can start the workflow, and a run waits up to 30 days for a person to approve.

    How Claude Cowork handles it

Scheduled tasks run hourly, daily, weekly, on weekdays or manually, even when your computer is asleep.

  • Personal chats stay personal

    TulipFarm

Workspace admins can’t open a member’s personal chats or private agent tasks.

Moving a task from Claude Cowork

TulipFarm can’t import Cowork projects or scheduled tasks. Move one recurring task that edits a shared list.

  1. Pick a recurring task

A scheduled check that updates a spreadsheet the team shares is a good first move.

  2. Import the spreadsheet

Export it as CSV or XLSX and import it into a TulipFarm table, then add field rules.

  3. Reuse the instructions

Paste the task’s instructions into a skill, build the workflow, and choose which steps wait for approval.

  4. Run both for a week

Compare the results, then pause the Cowork schedule. Your first signup includes $50 in free credits.
